Order Processing

Please understand that the time it takes us to process your order is different from the estimated shipping time. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping

Shipping times depend on two things: 

1. Your location
   If you live down the street from us in Nashville, you'll get it faster than if you live in Oregon. USPS estimates, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. For more on International orders, please make sure you read this stuff. 
2. Is it a new release?
   Most products are in stock and will ship according to USPS's estimations. However, during new releases, shipping may be slightly delayed. For these products, you'll see an estimated ship date listed on the product page in red.
